1.1.1 - Please use common sense. If you think something you're doing could get you into trouble, it probably will.
1.1.2 - We reserve the right to terminate any service at any time without possibility of refund.
1.1.3 - We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service at any time.
1.1.4 -Do not use your service to do anything that would be deemed illegal within Danish laws (Or your country)
1.1.5 - Do not use your service to disrupt or intefere with any other customer services. Additionally, Do not use your service to interfere or disrupt anything else on the internet.
1.1.6 - Every first payment submitted to an order is eligable for a 24Hour full refund.
1.1.7 - Due to the nature of our produt, EU 14 day return policy cannot be used. Your service is activated instantly.
1.1.8 - If you do not renew your service before it expires, you have a three-day grace period in which you can pay the invoice for overdue services without disruption or penalty. Beyond this period, your service will be suspended and finally terminated.
1.1.9 - Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension. Before disputing, we would like you to contact our support with an answer. Remember, you have a 24 hour refund period with no questions ask. However, upon creating a chargeback, you will not be able to get a refunded and will get an immedate suspension
1.1.10 -By making a billing agreement, you give VPSFlame / SafeSurf IVS permission to charge your PayPal/Credit Card when your invoice is due.
1.1.11 -In the event of any fault or outage that was directly or indirectly caused by us, and leaving your service unusable, you are eligible to claim a credit toward your service for the time that your service was unavailable. To claim this credit, please make a request to our support team by opening a ticket.
1.1.12 - In the event of scheduled maintenance, or other outages or faults beyond our control, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to customers informing them that services may be unavailable for a period of time, however this is not always possible. These situations do not automatically warrant account credit for downtime, and requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.0.1 -By purchasing a Minecraft server from our website, you agree to Mojang's End User License Agreement.
2.1.2 - If your server is found to be in violation of Mojang's EULA, your server may be suspended until you have removed the violating content from your server.
2.1.3 - Services provided by us are not explicitly limited by bandwidth, CPU or disk space, however we do have restrictions on this.
2.1.4 - Disk space is 'unlimited' for the purpose of storing material related to your service. 100 GB of user data is fine. Hundreds of copyrighted music, movies or games is not.
2.1.4 - If your service is using an excessive amount of bandwidth or CPU for prolonged periods of time, we will send you warnings via email. If you don't fix the problem, we may suspend your service.
2.1.4 - Each client may only use their service to store a maximum of 5 backups of their service at one time. Any extra backups must be stored externally.
The total size of all backups under your account should not exceed 25GB.
3.1.1 - All VPS services has a soft limit of 2TB bandwidth a month on a gigabit port. This can be removed with opening a ticket. Please notice that we regulary check our nodes for bandwidth useage, if we find your server to use an exceeded amount of bandwidth over a period of time, we might lower your speeds to 100/100. /p>
3.1.2 - SafeSurf IVS does not go through your data in any way. The only time your data will be available to us or anyone else will be with your consent or with a valid court order from a DK court and we will not share your data without one.
3.1.3 - We do not allow BitTorrent, TOR, Public VPNs/Open Proxies, CamFrog, Digital Currency Mining and illegal activity.
3.1.4 - SafeSurf IVS does not allow automated email systems on VPFlame's network. Utilizing SafeSurf IVSís services to send bulk and/or commercial information, via any methods, is prohibited. Maintaining an open, unsecured SMTP relay is prohibited. Upon receipt of a complaint, VPFlame will investigate the issue, and at SafeSurf IVSís discretion, will suspend or terminate the Subscriberís account. SafeSurf reserves the right to prosecute, and to collect resultant legal fees.
3.1.5 - We do under any circumstance not tolerate DoS/DDoS attacks. Out system does automaticly detect these if they are send from our services, and will suspend your service.
3.1.6 - SafeSurf IVS does not go through your data in any way. The only time your data will be available to us or anyone else will be with your consent or with a valid court order from a DK court and we will not share your data without one.
3.1.7 - Our VPS lineup are all using the OpenVZ virtualizion platform. Our rootservers are KVM. You can always ask for a LCX for your VPS instead
4.1.1 - While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space to our customers we reserve the right to remove excessive file(s) such as large logs, redundant backups, or other files they may impact the node. This policy is in place to protect our users, since full disks (SSDs) can, and will, cause corruption of many files on the drive.
4.1.2 - If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your server (such as slots or RAM amount) your server is subject to being terminated without refund.
4.1.3 - To terminate your services you must cancel any PayPal subscriptions active and cancel via our WHMCS billing area at https://SafeSurf IVS.com/client/ SafeSurf IVS does not have access to any client's PayPal account. Therefore, we cannot and will not be responsible for unintended payments made via the automatic payment subscription service. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
4.1.4 - Any support requests required for products from SafeSurf IVS's shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other form of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative
